My First Red Velvet Cupcake
After mixing a couple of recipes shared on my post, and trying it 3 different times, I finally got what I wanted, a red velvet, really red with little red coloring, super bright red and not bitter. I was happy with the out come. BTW Beets was the main coloring agent, there is no beet after taste and everyone loved the flavor. I used a white chocolate cream cheese frosting. TFL
