1St Topsy Turvy - It's A Boy!
This is my first attempt to make a topsy turvy for a co-worker's baby shower. Thanks to Sharon Zambito's wonderful DVD. I still need more practice, but I was proud that it resembled a topsy turvy, and made it on an hour's drive. A woman at the restaurant where the baby shower was held told me her daughter owned a cake shop, and if I needed a job, I was hired :-)!

Office Desk Farewell
Cake for a co-worker moving to DC. She gets hurt a lot and they wanted one arm in a sling one foot in a boot and the other foot in a red shoe. 9x13 base cake (chocolate with chocolate buttercream with partially melted chocolate chips) with a cake board covered with marbled fondant. Desk is made out of a pound cake pan with fondant top and accessories. Fun to make. TFL.
