I made this cake for my daughters 4th birthday. i got the idea from teranorlando on youtube. she did a much better job for sure but i am happy with the way the whole thing turned out.
A cake I made for a friend. 14, 10 and 6 inch. First time using ganache under fondant. It was not as easy as I thought it would be. Also used fondx for the first time. Well worth the shipping costs from the US to Canada.
This was for a young girl who turned 13. Again, thank you to all the people here who share their tricks of the trade.
I found instruction here on CC and had to try this. I think there are too many leaves but not bad. A big thank you to everyone who shared how to do this.
There were 50 mini cupcakes in this bouquet. The ones around the base started to fall out. I will have to figure out how to reinforce them better. All in all I think it was ok for my first stab at a mini cupcake bouquet.
My first wedding cake. 12, 8 and 6 inch. Inspired from Wilton's Decorating Tips Book and buttercream is Sugarshacks.
