Dreamsicle cake with dreamsicle buttercream. Barney is rkt covered in white chocolate modeling clay, his friends are rkt covered in fondant. My 2 yr old niece was thrilled, actually beyond thrilled, it is the only time I've ever been bummed that you can't upload people pics.

"Tangled" cake for my niece. I used lemon Jolly Ranchers to make the top of the hair and put lights under it . (Gotta see the movie to understand the lit up hair) The cake is Gluten-free chocolate and choc.buttercream, covered in fondant. The girl is fondant, tree and flowers are buttercream.

This sweet ol' gal turned 100 I felt honored when they chose me to make her cake. They wanted objects on the cake that represented the last hundred years. I chose a model T, a jet plane, old radio and tv, cell phone and a computer mouse all made of fondant. She was a nurse through 45 of those years made of gumpaste and fondant. Lemon cake with fresh raspberry mousseline.

Saddle Cake

18 sheet cakes make up the bale of hay, flavors of cake, Chocolate, white, dreamcicle, Skittle, lemon and lavender lemon. The saddle is made of rkt ,blanket is made of fondant. I actually cried when the hay bale turned out so bad that I didn't take any pictures my nephew however took this one. Funny how a day or two passes by and everything is put back into perspective.

Over The Hill

The gravestone is rkt covered in fondant the grave is edible Easter grass, royal icing daisies and fondant ladybugs;

Kremlin

This was for a man with a Russian /jewish heritage, the Kremlin is sitting on the Star of David which was made from rkt as were the towers. On the side of the star it say "Happy Birthday" in Hebrew. All fondant except the royal icing crosses. I was rushed in getting this to the party so no photos except one that the client took.
