Butter Pecan cake with cream cheese icing. Fondant "butter" pat with yellow tinted piping gel for melted effect. Black and white sugar for salt and pepper.

50's style record player that was made for a couple celebrating their joint 55th birthday. Record is real with label made to represent the couple as if they were a singing duo. Needle arm and supports are wood, covered in melted tinted chocolate. Lid is styrofoam. Everything else is fondant accents.

Made for a five year old girls princess birthday party. Crowns are made from royal icing and molded on large flower formers. Icing is swirled white and pink buttercream.

Cake I made for a co-worker who plays guitar. My first carved cake. I am still very new at cake decorating but really enjoyed making this one. Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and a cinnamon spread filling.
