made for my opas 80th..
gumpaste hat
ran out icing to ruffle the top! the 'flags' are tiny pieces of lemon that i sewed together.
made this cake instead of writing essays.. was a lot more fun!
first attempt at making gum paste flowers with a cutter..
had accompanying cupcakes that i didnt get a picture of..
all hand made - no moulds.
"Hoot" from Australian kids tv show- giggle and hoot.
forgot to give rudolph his ears.. oops.
this cake was so much fun to make. one of those ones where things just worked! =D made for a friend who loves cows and also art; "picture" cow has painted is a reference to our favorite blog, hyperbole and half.

an attempt to remodel my dad old lj torana that i was incidentally named after for fathers day. it was an epic fail. theres a reason there are no "side views" ha.
not at all how envisioned this one. had 3 hours to make it after my son was incredibly sick the night before and wouldnt let me move from the lounge.. lucky it was for family...
