First time using fondant and fell in love. standard wilton star cutters
MMF. I made this cake at 1am so i was on the verge of delerium! A quick surprise cake for my boyfriends birthday becuase his birthday fell on the same day as my nieces first birthday party.. There are obviously things i would have done different. Like taken the time to do it right ! i cake out pretty good for throwing it togethor quickly!
This was my nieces first birthday cake. It was made to feed 75 + people. MMF, ribbon, silk flowers and hand dyed ostrich feathers. Cake was White Almond sour cream for the top and bottom tier and the middle was devils food cake.

I made this cake for my birthday! I'm in love with tokidoki themed anything. I also love unicorns, star and the color purple, so when i saw this picture I thought it would be perfect. I used all buttercream. It was my first time using a BC transfer so it looks alittle shoddy.
The cake itself is red velvet the frosting is cream cheese. I had a hard time with the consistancy of the frosting it melted , wouldnt cover or smooth out . The colors are in buttercream . I made the crosses out of sculpy.

2 tiered cake I made for my sisters 30th. Mocha Frosting and pink royal icing flowers. The pink satin ribbon started to soak up some o the grease from the shortening. Next time I'll put wax paper strips behind it.
This is the second cake I made. For my boyfriends 27th birthday .. White cake with chocolate frosting.
The cake its self is an ice cream cake purchased at my cousins store. It was a blank cake that I decorated on. It was in the middle of July during a heat wave thats why the cake/frosting is melting. The cake topper was sculpted by my boyfriend using sculpy.
