I made these for my sons 6th grade graduating class 109 in total. Everyone loved them.
This cake was for my nieces graduation party. Her school colors are black, green and white and I wanted to add a little color with the flowers and personalize it with the eatable art photos. Her mom and dad were so happy they cried. This was one of my best cakes ever the top was read velvet w/cream cheese and the bottom was white cake with lemon curd and fresh raspberries for the filling. I have never had so many compliments on the taste is will definite reuse these recipes.

This was my first tiered cake I made Dec 09 for my moms birthday I was taking the Wilton 3 class at the time and had just learned to make the royal icing lilies. 4,6 & 8 inch cake. Lemon chiffon cake with three berry filling that I normally make for crepes it was fantastic.
This was my final cake for my Wilton 3 class. Learned to make the royal icing poinsettias and tiered cake in the class. 10, 8, 6 inch cakes chocolate and coconut.

I did this cake for the cast party for the Wedding Singer play my daughter was in. I was trying to make the cake look as 80's as possible. I used my own wedding cake from 1988 for inspiration. The kids loved it.
