This cake was inspired by a Barbie Cake my client found online. 3 Tiered cake covered in MMF. 14" tier is vanilla raspberry with vanilla buttercream, 10" tier is chocolate with hazelnut buttercream & top 6" tier is Orange Grand Marnier with orange buttercream. I was disappointed since the MMF started to bubble, but I only had 2 days to make it..so I did the best I could!

Birthday cake inspired by the clothing designer Fred Perry. The cake is a Ferrero Rocher chocolate cake with hazelnut buttercream frosting. Cake is covered in MMF fondant with quilt pattern. Lettering is hand made out of sugar paste.

My first fondant cake.!! Covered in white fondant and painted silver with edible pearl dust. The keys are made of black fondant. The screen in a foam board covered in fondant as well.
