When my daughter left for to attend university in China she wanted a dragon going away cake. This is what I had planned to make, but at the last minute she tackled me for creative control and won (see my last photo). I finally got a chance to make this for her first visit home after her first year.

The cake for my daughters going away party as she left for University in China. Used a disposable bundt pan for the dragon body, rice krispies for the head and horns, and purchased premade red fondant to ensure a nice colour. I don't know what the plaque says, my daughter assured me it was something like "bon voyage"
