my sisters birthday cake ..... one of my favorites
I had never made a gumpaste figure before this cake and I'm not in a hurry to do it again...LOL...8 inch is white chocolate cake/buttercream/MFF (white chocolate), 6 inch is chocolate fudge/buttercream/MMF (white chocolate) Fun cake to make and my grandson loved it. I don't know who made the cake that I used for inspiration. I googled for ideas and my cake is very much like one that I found. I just don't know who it belongs to.
8 inch white chocolate/6 inch chocolate fudge/chocolate ganache/Michele Foster's White Chocolate fondant. Made this for my cousin's little girls birthday. The humidity was so high the bow didn't turn out like I would have liked but all in all I think it's a cute cake.
10/8/6 inch. I added a couple of flowers after I took this first picture. Would have done a few things differently but overall I guess it looks ok..

Had some trouble with the fondant on this one. Not as sharp of an edge as I would have liked. Made it for my friends birthday and she liked it anyway. Top tier chocolate WASC/chocolate buttercream, bottom tier WASC/buttercream all covered MFF.

Bottom tier is WASC/ Buttercream Dream BC; middle tier is White Velvet./ White Chocolate Ganache; top tier is Chocolate WASC/ Chocolate Ganache, all covered with Michelle Foster's White Chocolate Fondant.
