Didnt turn out as good as expected as i had never carved before and wanted more of a spiral with the train coming down the mountain, never the less my nephew was chuffed.
Made this for my little girls 2nd birthday. Round sponge on the bottom and a bowl shaped stacked on top. Her head and legs are made with krispie cakes and her arms are made from marshmallows.
