I got the idea for this cake from another persons on here (thanks). This was made for a "locations" backing contest, my location was a tropical island. Fondant covered cake.
This cake was made for an end of year class party for a class that I teach. The class' school team colour is blue so I went with a shades of blue colour scheme. Bottom tier is chocolate, top tier vanilla, filled with vanilla buttercream.

Made for a friend's birthday, the penguins are from fondant. It's a little bumpy bit I think it adds to the 'snow' feel. The snowballs are rolled fondant. There is a little bowl under the igloo to keep it in shape.
My second fondant cake, so far from perfect. I used 3 square cakes, one was gluten free and the bonnet of the van is the gluten free cake. The birthday boy loved it!
