This was my very first attempt at a Coach Purse Cake and also my very frist attempt at spray paint food coloring/air brushing. All decorations are marshamllow fondant and the cake is a white cake iced with butter cream. I was ok about the cake but had a few mishaps like the strap. I need more practice with fondant. This was my very first tiered cake. It was for a wedding reception. The request for the cake was made on Wednesday for the reception on Saturday. Needless to say it was a rushed job but I did complete it. Please let me know what you think. I am a self taught beginner at decorating. Top two tiers are vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting and the bottom is lemon with lemon cream cheese frosting. Thanks for looking.
First real attempt at cake decorating!!!!!!!!! Strawberry laced vanilla cake with strawberry cream cheese frosting. All decorations were made with modeling chocolate or melted chocolate.
