Using buttercream icing only and a Little Mermaid Barbie (the fondant one I made did not really look like her)
This is the fourth cake I have ever made. It was made using buttercream icing, fondant flowers, piping gel for the water (with crystalized sugar) and royal icing and a pretzel stick for the palm trees.
