Vanilla Cake with peanut butter Frosting
I made this for my girlfriends daughters 10th birthday. She collects American Girl dolls. The cake was chocolate and vanilla and it must have weighed atleast 40 lbs!! She loved it.
I made this a friends first birthday. I used the 3D Winnie the Pooh pan and made alterations. The bottom is chocolate cake and the bunny is vanilla pound cake. I covered the bunny with fondant then used butter cream to make the fur. The ears and feet are fondant. The ears were tougher than I thought.
This is the cake I made for the local area Cancer Walk. The ribbon is made out of Rice Krispie treats and the rest is carved with marshmallow fondant. I won first place for the cake contest.
