Another of a line of challenging Cakes to decorate because of the cake being a butter cream frosting...such a soft and delicate surface to paint on. I hope you folks like it. All my work is done free-hand with minimum stenciling for controlling of over spray.

This was for a client whose dog had won best in show...not a small feat for the little guy. this was nother challenge in creating a unique design that also looked good to eat!. Please let me know what you think, after the client gives me their input I rarely hear more. The Uber detail involved was also no small feat. where are the other airbrush cake artist!?? eat your heart out cake network!
Airbrushed Fondant Cake with Uber Calligraphy. The base colors and design are done in shades and hues of blues and greens in a marble type design, motifs of bats and cats are done along outer rim of cake. I am shocked to not see many Highly Airbrushed cakes on CC especially seeing all the airbrushing done on the cake and desert networks...airbrushing excels at coloring fondant and adding color to any type icing.
This is designed on a fondant frosted cake and pretty much all free-hand airbrushed...this is a tricky design because it requires the hands to be pretty darn steady!! hope you enjoy!
