My version of the Tangled movie. Bottom tier French vanilla with lemon filling, second and top tier chocolate with peanut butter filling. All cake with fondant accents. Birthday girl and Rapunzel are both in the tower window. Serves 35 people.
80th birthday cake. Vanilla with strawberry creamcheese filling and vanilla fondant icing. All accents fondant/gumpaste. Unfortunately this cake didn't make it to the venue looking like this. It fell over in the car and I had 45 mins to repair. The client got a one tier cake with petit fours :(

Another LOST cake, this time I found an map of the island and thought that I would replicate that. The map is laying on some "old wood" floating in the ocean. Chocolate cake with peanut butter cream filling and all accents fondant.

Birthday cake for a hamster....can't say no when your nephew calls and is very serious about his hamster's birthday. Was requested to make it out of cheese but I felt a little more comfortable working with fondant...lol The cake plate is a cd, which seemed appropriate.
