Frozen Birthday Cake
Bottom of the cake is 10", about 24" high. The cake is covered in Magic Chocolate, my first time working with it since I got it at the ICES convention. It is great! I found it even easier to work with than regular modeling chocolate and the taste is awesome. The castle on top is an edible image covered in isomalt for the icy look and rigidity. You can't see it on the photo but there are also icicles on many of the ruffles made from Decogel.

Jordyn's 1St Birthday Giraffe
For a friend's granddaughter, the design is based on the invitations and she wanted a giraffe on it. The disco dust didn't show up well in the photos, but I was happy with the way it turned out. The letters are from "tappits", because I HATE writing on cakes. They and the other decorations are all fondant.

60Th Anniversary
I made this for my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. The color for 60 is white and the stone is diamond. I found it hard to decorate in white and clear, but found some awesome "diamonds" at Michael's that were pretty cheap and looked great. Buttercream covered cakes, smoothed to look like fondant.
