Everything is edible except the ribbon. Tub is chocolate/mocha layers, bottom is lemon/lemon curd/with coconut grass. The duckies are lemon flav white chocolate. Thanks to everyone who make a similar cake before me and gave me the inspiration to try this. It was a great learning experience and so much fun!
This is the fourth cake that I have done. IMBC with chocolate ganache. Gumpaste roses made with MM fondat (thanks macsmom!) which I painted.
I made this as a favour. Ha! There were so many firsts doing this cake. And nothing seem to work. The rainbow, pot, shamrocks are coloured white chocolate, IMBC, all I can say was that I had some fun learning from my mistakes!
