"Too Much Chocolate" chocolate cake filled with peanut butter mousse filling and covered with chocolate ganache. Basketball is cake covered in fondant and lettering is fondant.

WASC cake covered in fondant for my grandson's 5th birthday.
WASC with buttercream filling. Body was 2 10" rounds. Another 10" round was quartered buttercreamed together and carved for the shoulders. The "wings" on the helmet and the hair are RKT and the head is a styrofoam wig head.
Spaghetti noodles are butttercream piped with tip 5. Meatballs are Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Sauce is strawberry icecream topping. It is the easiest cake I've ever decorated and everyone loved it.

Our take on Wilton's Plumeria Fantasy Wedding Cake for my sons wedding. Top and bottom tiers are WASC with raspberry filling, second tier is yellow cake with chocolate filling, third tier is butter pecan cake with caramel filling. Covered in MMF with gumpaste plumeria flowers and fondant beads and ribbon.

The theme for this cake was the 90 year old birthday girl's favorite song, Diamonds Are a Girls Best Friend. It is yellow cake with buttercream filling, covered in fondant. The pillow is painted with peacock luster dust.
