Rustic Sunflowers, Daisies And Small Purple Blossoms
12", 10" and 6" Vanilla cakes. Flowers are made with homemade marshmallow fondant. A few weeks ago I purchased Tylose online; first time trying this. It works like a charm. This was my first time making the sunflowers and daisies. Made the flowers a week in advance. Oh and I didn't have those flower formers, I used cupcake pans lined with foil and sprinkled with powered sugar to help set the flowers! Bride wanted the cake iced rustic. Very quick and easy to make.

Peanut Butter And Jelly Chocolate Cupcakes
Made chocolate cupcakes using an extender recipe which added sour cream, cocoa, and instant chocolate pudding to devil's food cake mix. Filled with strawberry jam and frosted with Wilton's Peanut Butter Buttercream. Also crushed some Butterfingers candy bars and sprinkled on top. Got rave reviews from friends and family.

Red Velvet Cake And Cupcakes
Red Velvet cake and cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Michele spells her name with one "L" so it looks odd to me. This is a double layer 8" red velvet cake, accented with fondant butterflies. I cut out the letters out of fondant with the Wilton letters. This Red Velvet cake recipe is the best and easiest one I have ever done.

It's A Girl
Friend wanted 1/2 butter cake and 1/2 strawberry and only wanted a 9x13 size. So I just went ahead and make two (2) 8x8 cakes and placed them side by side. All frosted in buttercream with fondant decorations. Was very excited since I just got the Funky Letters stencils. Those stencils are just great - only it works best with gumpaste. I used 1/2 fondant, 1/2 gumpaste and it worked very well.

Soccer Cake
This is an 11x15 size sheet cake iced in buttercream. The soccer ball was chocolate baked in a glass bowl. I iced it with buttercream and then added the designs with fondant. The first name had a mistake and I had to correct it, the icing didn't dry up to match color, took photo too soon. Had quite a few mistakes, but learned for next time!
