Strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting. I have to give credit to themageiccupboard...they have the best tutorial! Bottle is chocolate, shoes, keys, pacifier, diapers, blanket and bib are all fondant with tylose. I used a tiny basket weave texture mat for the texture on the bag. I use the panel method for the fondant..instead of just covering it...gives a much neater look! TFL

I have been having a terrible time with blow outs lately...I think it because of the heat ans humidity here in the Deep South. So As you can see I have an air bubble...But the Client didn't care she loved it! So that made me happy! When I delivered it it was fine but by the time the party started the bubble showed up. grrr If any one has any advice I would appreciate it!

This was a last minute cake I made. This isn't my original design...my fondant got an air pocket and cracked...so I had to cut off the fondant around the sides and and refrost and do stripes. All in all it came out ok...but the sides are a bit wavy.
THis a 1st for me, I have never made bra and panties out of gumpaste...but it was fun! Came out really well...I think! LOL Vanilla almond cake, grand marnier strawberry filling with cream cheese frosting! TFL

This was a grooms cake...my 1st Fireman's helmet. I should have carved it down some more....but all in all it looked just like his actual helmet. The Happy Couple were very pleased! That's all that matters! TFL

Chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream with homemade snickers filling. YUMMY! The design I cam up with because the client wanted a lot of different elements but it was a rather small cake. Big Al, ball cap, his name, his age, all kinds of sports balls.
This cake was a cake for my 4 yr old...he helped me make it! We had fun! Not perfect...but a great memory!
