I did this cake for a 30th birthday party. The bottom two boxes are cake and the top two are fake. It was a blast to make!

This was my very first cake! There is a lot I would do different now, but I thought it turned out pretty good. I have discovered grease resistent cake boards since then! lol
These are regular cupcakes with bc icing. The snowman is made out of marshmellows, pretzel sticks, thin mints, junior mints, and fruit roll ups. Be sure to anchor the snowmen good with extra pretzel sticks. It is also a good idea to "glue" the heads on with bc or they will start to fall off.
This is a two tier cake with real toy ducks. It is covered in chocolate bc. The bubbles are piped bc. The water is made with colored piping gel. The cake is chocolate chip pound cake.
These are so YUMMY! This is a chocolate cupcake with peppermint ganache in the center. The top is peppermint bc. I painted red icing into the bag to add the red to the icing. Really EASY!
I piped the bc using the grass tip. I put two colors of icing in the bag to create the blue and black color scheme.
Each part of this cake is made using half of the sports ball pan. I used the star tip to pipe on all of the bc icing. It took me about 6 hours to pipe everything, but the finished product was worth it!
The bottom tiers are 10 in and 8 in round cakes. The head is made using the sports ball pan. The icing is bc. I piped the cookie monster fur with the grass tip. The cookies are real chocolate chip cookies. Be sure that you dowel the head in really good so it doesn't roll off. That would not be good!
This is a two tier cake with white chocolate pound cake and chocolate and vanilla bc. The carriages were sugar cookies with sugar cookie icing and piped bc accents. The rattles are bc. The monograms are gumpaste.

This was for the football team at our local high school. It is two 11x15 cakes side by side. I printed off a pattern for the logo and traced it onto the bc. I then piped the logo with the star tip. I did the same with the paw prints. I piped the lines and grass by hand. It took forever, but it turned out awesome!

This is an eggless cake covered in bc and fondant. I used one of my son's boots to trace out the pattern of the foot and the diameter of the top of the boot. It made it a whole lot easier!
I used the Wondermold pan to create the cake and then piped buttercream around the cake to create the rings. I made the bees and flowers out of fondant the night before and let them dry. The client LOVED it!
