Rock Star Cake That Partied Too Hard
I made this cake for a friend's daughter's 11th Birthday. They were having a huge party with a band and everything. Well, the cake was supposed to be a big centerpiece. Too bad it collapsed in the car as I pulled up to the house. DANG IT!!! I salvaged it as much as I could, but it just wasn't the same.

Let It Burn!!!
This was done for two cousins celebrating their birthdays together. Both of their Dads are Firefighters...so of course we had to do a burning building. Each Birthday Boy had their own hydrant cupcake cake. This one was tons of fun to do. Bottom layer is Chocolate Cake with Cookies n Cream Filling, the middle is Peanut Butter Cake with Butterfingers Cream Filling, and the third is a fake. It is a plastic box decorated with Cream Cheese Frosting which was later filled with dry ice to make "smoke". I have a picture of that one but can't add it since the birthday boy is checking it out. Oh well, you get the idea. The ladders, flames, windows, doors, and roofs are fondant. The firefighters, engines, and trucks are toys. Thanks for looking.

32 Years Of Service Earns You A Lifetime Of Corona On The Beach
Made for my Father in Law who retired after 32 years as a firefighter. This was the biggest cake I have done and for the largest crowd, serving 200. It is 14, 12, 12, 6 in rounds, covered in fondant then airbrushed. Everything was edible, except the umbrella post, which is a wooden dowel. Anyone wanna tell me how to spell captain???? DANG IT!!!! Luckily my sister was the only one who noticed my failure to proofread. OOPS!!!!!

Dora The Explorer
I made this cake for my daughter's 3rd Birthday. She LOVES Dora, cupcakes, and the color pink, so I figured what better than a big ol' pink cupcake with Dora on top! She loved it so much she forgot she wanted a Dora Princess cake :) Each layer was 3 cakes high and I died the batter to resemble a rainbow. The kids loved the surprise inside. Rich vanilla cake with raspberry cream filing, cheesecake flavored whipped cream frosting, and covered in fondant. This was the first time I covered an entire cake if fondant, so not perfect...thank goodness for decorations!!!!

Melted Snowmen And Santa Hats
This is my take on the beloved melted snowman cookies, except in a cupcake. I also wanted to try the Santa Hat. The hats didn't turn out so well, frosting was a little too soft. Oh well, better next time. These are Hot Coco Cupcakes with Marshmallow filling and a chocolate ganache.

Scooby Doo Goes Pink!!!
This is the cake I made for my daughter's 5th Birthday. She is a big Scooby fan, and loves pink, so she asked for a pink a purple Scooby Cake. The design was inspired by many others on this site, but mostly by peasacake's. It is vanilla cake colored pink, green, and purple, swirled together to resemble tie-die pattern, filled with strawberry cheesecake mouse in the middle layer, then raspberry swirled mouse on the first and bottom. Covered in non dairy whipped cream and detailed with fondant.

Ready Aim Fire!!!!!
This is a grooms cake done for a friend of mine. Their last name is "Cannon"...get it???? It is a strawberry cake with white chocolate ganache covered in fondant. This was definitely a major challenge for me. My first attempt at airbrushing.....major think learned......stay within my skill level!!!!! The groom was happy, so I guess that is all that matters in the end.
