Beach Themed Wedding Cake
My very first wedding cake for a couple who got married in the islands but had their reception back here in the states. Bride supplied the cake topper and some of the white chocolate shells; the rest I made. Also my first attempe at using an air brush to cover the cake in a pearl glaze.

Autograph Hound Cake
Made for a friend's daughter's graduation, based on the real stuffed autograph hounds. I covered the hound in fondant and supplied food grade markers for all the guests attending the party to sign the dog. Pictures kept the signatures for memory sake, and the guests enjoyed the cake.

Sushi Anyone?
All sushi is cake/candy. Nori is modeling chocolate. Rice is rice krispy treats. The variety of fish: swedish fish in the rolls, dried cantalope, dried mango, homemade fruit leather. The folded egg sushi (tamago?) is marshmallow fluff. The salmon roe is homemade jeelies. Edamame is lemon-lime jelly beans (store bought :)). Soy sauce was chocolate syrup. Wasabi is just fondant and the pickled ginger is candied grapefruit

Tutu Cake
This is my first post here but I was very proud of this cake. I entered this cake - a tutu on a dress form - in the Central Florida Fair Cake decorating contest (my very first contest!) and won first place for 3D/shaped cakes and took Best of Division for amateur cakes. I also included point shoes, a flower bouquet and a hand printed/painted "playbill".
