The bride's theme was "Winter Wonderland." Some of the cakes elements were supposed to resemble her dress and others were suppose to look snowy. First and fourth tiers were cake dummies. Cake flavors were chocolate w/ strawberry filling, lemon w/ lemon filling, red velvet w/ cream cheese filling, and caramel apple w/ maple cream cheese filling. All BC. TFL

Made this cake for a 80th bday party. The lady loved flowers and pastel colors. I had never attempted flowers, so I ran out and bought a book and made these out of royal icing. Far from perfect, but I was pleased w/ the result. I love this cake!
I made these cookies for a friend's bridal shower. Purple is the main color for her wedding.
This was my first attempt EVER at a 3-D cake. It gave me a lot of trouble, but the client was very pleased w/ it. I learned a lot also!
