Sixteenth Birthday

My friends daughter absolutely loves goats. So I did a frozen butter cream transfer. Cake is filled with cream cheese icing and frosted in butter cream.

Dual Birthday

I made this cake for my third daughter and first son. Their birthdays are one week apart and we had the party on the same day. The butterflies on the little round cake are made of royal icing.

Topsy-Turvy Wedding Cake

I made this cake for a friends wedding. This is the first wedidng cake I have done, the first time I have ever used modeling chocolate, and the first time I have done a topsy-turvy cake using this stacking method. The cake is red velvet with a cream cheese filling and buttercream icing. The tilting layers are rice crispies covered in modling chocolate.

Mickey Mouse Cake

I was asked to make a Mickey cake for a friend who absolutely loves Mickey. After several ideas came and went I settled on this as I only had a day to get it made. Made the ears out of Chocolate, the cake is confetti with butter cream icing.

Bobble-Head Dora

I saw the bobble-head cake posted by fromscratch and thought that it would be awesome as a Dora. Thanks for the inspiration. I had help from my husband the carpenter to make the structure. The head and lower body are made of cake, the torso is rk, and the arms are fondant.

Abby's Cake

I made this cake the week before I had my fourth child. My husband told me not to do anything to extravagant. My 2 yr. old loved it. This was a regular yellow cake from scratch covered in mmf.

Stardom Sleepover

Our Church had an MPact sleepover with a movie theme. This is the cake I came up with. The Oscar on top is the only non edible element. The popcorn in the bucket is marshmallows with gold luster dust.

My 6 Year Old Did This

My oldest daughter came up with this cake idea on her own. She said she wants it for her 10th birthday. The brown looking item on the top is a tiara made of royal icing. I think it is absolutely amazing, but I am the mom. What do you all think?

Bbq Grill

I did this cake on the fly so I wasn't very happy with the overall results, but when we took it to church no one would cut into it because they thought it was to awesome. I used a triple chocolate box mix and buttercream frosting to hold the fondant.

Naomi's 6Th B-Day
