Little Einstein Rocket ship birthday cake for a 3 yr old boy. Chocolate cake covered in fondant with Lollipop antenna, gum drop headlights, sugarcones cut and filled with cake for rocket boosters and picture printed (not edible) from my computer of Little Einsteins. Thank you to fellow cc'ers for inspiration and ideas.
2 layer white cake with chocolate ganache filling and buttercream. Little Mermaid inspiration from A Wilton book. Ariel is a chocolate Plaque, fish are sugar cookies. HUGE success and a lot of fun. All egg and NUT free.
First ever Wedding cake. 3 tier. Top tier- Carrot cake with Cream Cheese filling, Second Tier- White cake with Raspberry filling, bottom- dark chocolate with chocolate ganache filling. All done in Ivory fondant with dark brown fondant branches and pink cherry blossoms.
