I am soooo proud and happy with how this cake turned out. It came out just like my initial sketch. I love ever moment of making this cake!It is a 10" Triple Chocolate Chipotle Cake 8" Red Velvet with White Chocolate BC and the hat is a 6" Vanilla Chai Cake with Honey Lemon BC.I worked really hard on the hat I did a lot of painting to get the finish I wanted but I am very happy with it!!!
This was an interesting cake to make. It was order by a mom for a daughters 30th birthday. There were several elements she wanted to incorporate into the cake design a pink elephant, camera, Three Olives Vodka, a Martini, and a Tiffany Box. This was the end result:)
These were super fun to make. There are 5 and each one is different and grosser than the last!!lollol!! My oldest son who loves my cakes could not even look at these they really creeped him out!!! But the clients loved them:)

This was my first purse cake..I was sooooo excited to make it:) I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out, but I have to say I am very pleased with the end result!I carved it from 3 9x13 cakes. The buckle and loops are dried gum paste, the rest is fondant, the logo's are hand painted. Thaks for looking..I'm super proud of my first purse:)
This was a lot of work The "Carousel" I made from cake boards, a small cake dummy, RKT, and Fondant. I Placed it on top of the cake , it could easily be removed sprayed with Polyurethane and saved:) The cake is french Vanilla with strawberry buttercream
Yes..another Lightning McQueen Cake. I carved this from 3 9x13 cakes, I tried to personalize it by adding the b-day boy"s name and age replacing the"rust-eze" and "95" It is my first carved car cake and I was pretty happy with the shape. It was Double Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cake. Thanks for looking:)

I was so happy with this cake.The couple gave me free reign so this cake was all my design. I had actually made an Anemone for the topper..but it broke when I tried attaching it :0 I thought I would try a dress form and I loved the way it looked...even better than the anemone:) Thanks for looking

This was A LOT of work!! and I loved every minute of it:) Top tier is red velvet w/ white chocolate ganache buttercream bottom tier is french vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and strawberry preserves. Everything is edible!! I did a lot of painting on this one like the star/flowers background shapes and all the little bubbles. It was a really fun cake to make:)
