My second attempt with fondant - my nephews 1st birthday. Had a bit of trouble making a smooth surface. The fondant started bubbling up after a while - maby the buttercream was too "wet"??? Anyway - everybody loved it so am quite pleased with the result
This is my firt cake using fondant ever - but I had a blast doing it. Got the fondant readymade off the internet and loved working with it - reminded me of Playdough. got a lot of tips of f you tube and must say I am very happy and proud of this one - helped too that my 5 year old son LOVED it
