Victorian Rose

Inside this rose is a round cake about the size of a medium cupcake. The cake is split in two with raspberry/buttercream filling in the center. The petals are fondant/gumpaste. You can crack off the upper 1/3 of the rose, put in a scoop of ice cream and the bottom part of the rose is sturdy enough to act like a container.

Cornucopia

This is a Cornucopia cake that I recently did. Everything is edible except for a wooden dowel that was inserted in the back of the cake to prevent the curve from drooping. Lots of techniques used, such as air brushing, carving, molding, piping, etc.

I Wish The Purse Was Real!

This cake was ordered for a gal that was turning 40 and loves purses, especially this particular brand. Two of her friends were surprising her with this cake. It's all edible.
