This cake gaveme some problems. My red MMF wouldnt work so i ended up using buttercream. even thought it wasnt exactly how I planned I still was happy with the end result.....i didnt get the greatest reaction from the customer though...uggh
This cake was a last minute order, so it was already a PITA, but only got worse I was up for 2 days straight and trying to work on this. As you can see the fondant sagged terribly. Uggh!
This particular cake was the first cake I ever did that was decorated and not just simply frosted. It was only buttercream and simple piping, but it is special to me because it was this cake that sparked my interest.

This cake was only my 2nd fondant cake and first cake where I made the fondant myself. I was pleased with how the fondant came out but I think i was so concentrated and worried that the fondant wouldnt work that I totally neglected the rest and the design is HORRIBLE!! Oh well, they liked it and it opened my eyes and I feel I have gotten better since. This was over a year ago
Chocolate cake for my moms birthday

Just your basic football cake, nothing too special. You can't see it in the picture, but it does have teture. I used a cheese grater, a tip i got here on CC.
This cake gave me nothng but trouble!! Uggh! I wrote about it in the cake disasters forum a while ago but just now uploaded . The one good thing is that it was my first fondant bow and I was pretty happy with how it turned out.
Smores cake so it was graham cracker cake, mm filing, chocolate frosting, & MMF. Homemade gingerbread house & all decorations are MMF. I got inspiration for this cake from many different cakes her on CC. Thanks for looking!
This is a white cake with banana cream filling. All MMF including the figures. The pineapple house is rice crispies. The crabby patty served as a smash cake for the bday girl! Apparently the little girl loved it so much they kept all the characters and her mom put them in the freezer. A couple times a day she asks to see them and the mom picks her up and lets her take a peek at them. HAHA
