Sandcastle Wedding Cake

This is a wedding cake I did for my sister's beach themed wedding. The cake was covered in tan royal icing and then covered in crushed vanilla wafers/light brown sugar mix. The beach bucket is cake covered in mm fondant, the shovel is also fondant. On top is a plastic motorcycle with fondant figures.

21St Birthday - Mystery Party

My niece's 21st birthday was a wonderful murder mystery party and for the party we wanted something on the exotic yet elegant side. She loved this cake along with it's side pieces. The crow and the will are both all fondant pieces. The cake is covered in fondant with fondant roses as well. The leaves were actually a chocolate fondant dyed black which turned out great.

This was a cake done for my sister who turned 50. She loves to relax in bed and read with her dogs all around her. The bed sits upon a giant book. She really loved it.

Over The Hill - 50Th

This cake depicts my brother in law who turned 50 going over the hill. My mother who turned 71 is sitting further down on the hill, obviously just relaxing there. They both really loved the cake which was decorated mostly with marshmellow fondant.

Bagpiper And Nessie.

This is a 21st birthday cake for my niece's husband. His nickname is 'Bagpipes' and he's Scottish and loves all things Scottish. He was very impressed with this cake and I was very pleased with his reaction.
