I found this design by tabs8774 & decided to make it for my brothers 26th birthday. Its a chocolate cake w/ chocolate buttercream icing. A small seperate piece of cake used as the "pillow" & regular buttercream on the pillow & border. It had a cup through the center of the pillow to hold up the bottle & the drink's bag over it to disguise.
