First Try At Buttercream

My first buttercream icing cake. I had some left over MMF left from my first fondant cake so I just made some circles out of it and added a border using the left over buttercream

First Cake Ever

I just got the idea to start cake decorating about a month ago. This is my first cake I've ever baked. I went straight for trying to make MMF and it turned out pretty well. It creased a bit when I tried to roll it onto the rolling pin and onto the cake. I also made a mistake of only using half the MMF and had to add more (adding more lines). Overall I'm quite pleased. Definitely needs improvement and I can't wait to do so. It's a doctored box DH white cake mix with vanilla frosting as a fill and crumb coat and MMF
