The film reel is the cake and then a popcorn box (RKT) is topped with fondant popcorn and a "take 60" sign. The arm actually moves up and down. The cake was banana with cream cheese.
This cake was made for a three year old that loves Lightening McQueen. I added details such as a rock slide on the road, a caution sign with a 3 for his age and other character driving on the road. McQueen is on the top with his famous saying "Ka-Chow" and in the field is the tractor from the movie. The cake is all buttercream with fondant accents. Cars were bought and placed on the cake.
This was a surprise birthday cake that I made for a young lady. The cake is iced in buttercream and then fondant diamonds and dots were added. The monogram topper is also made out of fondant.
