Basketball North Carolina
This was done for a boys 16th b-day. They requested yellow cake with chocolate icing, and if I could do something with basketball and North Carolina to do it. After looking on CC I found this great idea to do. It is 10" round with 1/2 wilton ball pan on top. Chocolate and buttercream icing, royal icing transfer for NC. It was my 1st RI transfer. Thanks to all CC users who have done this and gave me this inspiration!!!

Paisley's, Stripes, And Flowers
This is my first attempt at stacking cakes. Didn't turn out as perfect as I had imagined. LOL. But the colors matched the invitations perfect. It was for my niece's birthday party. She loved it. I can see the flaws in the fondant. At first I used Satin Ice to cover it and had a really difficult time with it. I ended up pulling if all off which pulled off the icing and some of the cake...UGH!! I recovered it with rolled buttercream fondant. All the decorations are Satin Ice and the 8 is gumpaste/fondant mix. Thanks for looking!!!

Princess 1St Birthday Smash Cake
This is my 2nd cake I've made. It was for a friends daughter's 1st birthday. They had already ordered a large cake, and asked me to do the "smash" cake. I'm still learning and working on smoothing my icing. It is yellow cake, with buttercream icing, and mmf decorations.

1St Cake I Made
This is the first cake I've made! I was pretty proud of how it turned out. The bow didn't quiet turn out how I wanted, but it's ok. It is yellow cake, wilton decorating white icing, covered in fondant with fondant decorations. I made it for my 29th birthday. Any suggestions or comments are very welcome. I'm just starting out and trying to learn as much as I can.
