German chocolate cake
We had a choice of making cupcakes or a cake for our final project I chose cupcakes, yellow butter cake with lemon filling and almond frosting. Some were fondant covered and others were piped. Each cupcake had a daisy on top.

Couple's 47th Anniversary Cake. Top tier is white cake with triple berry filling and bottom tier is yellow cake with strawberry filling, both had almond icing.
Triple layer cake with fresh strawberries on one side and bananas on the other side. The front basket weave of the bassinet started to fall off due to humidity.
Baby shower cake, extra cake. Single layer with almond frosting and gumpaste flowers. The center for the baby shower had no AC and the fondant, gumpaste, and icing started to melt.
Tiara cake, yellow butter cake with lemon cream cheese frosting and square cupcakes. Tiara made out of gumpaste and piped with royal icing.
