Cricket Australia Cake
This cake I made for my pop's 90th birthday, he is a huge cricket fan! The baggy green cap, bat and ball is made of white and chocolate mudcake and covered in fondant. The board is covered in fondant and detailed as the australian flag. The australian coat of arms on the hat is handpainted on, as are the other details on the cakes. The handle on the bat is chocolate fondant. Very happy with final result! My pop was nearly in tears when he saw it!

Baby Bear And Butterfly Cake
Theme for baby shower was pink and butterflies (baby is obviously a girl!), cake based on one in book by Allison Wilkinson and the baby bear I made completely out of icing. I loved how she turned out and she has managed to hold together so soon-to-be-mum can keep her! Cake was white choc mudcake.

Baby Bear
To make him I used choc mudcake to make up his body and just cut it to shape and his head is actually one big ball of rice crispies! He's covered in fondant and all the other pieces including the dummy and the train is made using fondant. There is a little toy bunny on the side with the letter R on it as the baby's name is Riley. It was all made up as I went along as the expectent mother couldn't decide what she wanted! He actually still stands to this day as they could not bear cutting into him!
