So THE best thing about foundant is it's durability. This picture was taken after my 2yr son dropped the cake carrier upside down. The inside of the cake crumbled, but little damage outside. :)

1St Wedding Cake

And probably my last. This was for a friend's daughter and they were having a small wedding. They were gracious and thankful. I was a nervous wreck. They had layers of white, chocolate and red velvet. Buttercream frosting.
