This cake was very difficult to construct! Probably my most stressful cake yet! It gets its title because everyone at the wedding I made this for would come up and ask me, "How did you defy* gravity like that!?" Truth is I have no idea! ;P

I did this cake for a friend, it is all fondant icing. As a 16 year old, and it being summer, it is a very hectic time crunch for all of my cakes but i do enjoy it :)
I did this cake for my best friend's 16th birthday. She and I usually fuss over which kind of tractor we like better and even though I like john deere I had to put the international harvestor sign on this cake. The tractor and the field are chocolate cake with buttercream icing and a candy bar crumbled on top of the field.
Dress is made out of rice crispy treat and covered in fondant. Top cake is white bottom is chocolate. This was my first wedding gown cake and once again being only 16 i ciuldn't have done it without my mom and dad, they help me with whatever, whether it is rolling out all of the fondandt because my arms got sore, or staying up until two in the morning making icing for me because i accidentally fell asleep and she didnt want to wake me. Cake decorating wouldn't be possible without them!
Between going to high school and all of my extra school activities, I sometimes find it hard to get my cakes done before 2 in the morning, but luckily my wonderful mother let me miss the last few hours of school so i could finish it! :) It is an all fondant white flavored cake with fondant baby in pea pod.
All Buttercream zebra stripe cake for a 12 year old girl. She drew me out a picture of how she wanted it and when I delivered it she said, " You even have my middle name on there!! I wrote it on there but I didnt know if you'd make it exactly how i drew it!!" It warmed my heart that she loved it so much because I wasnt completely satisified with how it turned out! :)
Had to make this cake for a 13 year old boy.. White cake flavor with fondant and BC outline.
Instead of drinking on the weekends like most of my high school, me and my friend find better things to do like make Peter Cottontails out of fondant! :) The eggs line up and say Happy Easter, the white one is mine and the blue one if my friends. Inspiration came from Bischi Thanks!
Being only 16, this was the first wedding cake I had ever made. It is a red velvet cake with hand made fondant poinsettias.

I had to make this cake on a very short notice for my high school yearbook, they were doing a hobby yearbook page and since i am practically the only 16 year old girl at my school that makes cakes ALL the time, they wanted to do it on me.It is a dark chocolate cake with hand made fondant roses.
I whipped this cake up for one of my friends graduations. It is all made from scratch strawberry cake decorated in zebra stripes and a red ribbon. First zebra striped cake I did and I think it turned out fairly well for it being my first one at 16. :)
I made this cake for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. It was my first cake for a big event, and me being their youngest granddaughter and only 15 years old it was really special to them that i was able to make it. They wanted it to look like their wedding cake, which was a simplier style so that is how i made this one.
