I made these for my niece's baby shower to go along with the cake. They are vanilla cream cheese with a hint of vanilla caramel coffee creamer. Just a little something to enhance the flavor. Did this for my friends' son 9th birthday. Chocolate cake with strawberry cream cheese filling. The cupcakes are chocolate also filled with the strawberry cream. I was really proud of myself of the end result. TFL!!!
This is my second attempt at decorating with fondant. My niece wanted a pink, white and silver cake and this is what I came up with. the bottom didn't come out like I wanted, but she loved it. TFL!!
This was first attempt at decorating a cake. It's a white cake with fresh strawberry filling and whipped vanilla cream cheese frosting. I didn't take a picture before the circles slid down, but I think it looks cool!! tfl
