This cake was inspired by one of the cakes here on cc. Bottom is a strawberry swirl with vanilla pudding, covered in strawberry mmf. Top tier is coconut rum filled with dulce de leche and covered in mmf. Topper is RCT covered with gumpaste leaves and Topper girl is gumpaste.

Even though we had a rough weekend, I made this cake for my Hubby! This is a coconut rum bottom (neutella filling) and top layer is a classic yellow with white chocolate chips (dulce de leche Filling) covered in MMF and I made the mascot with royal icing. Hope you guys like it!
