Ivory, Blue And Brown Baby Shower Cake

The sister of the mom-to-be came in with an invitation to the baby shower she was making for her sis. She wanted to know if we could make something to match. I made the dress form from the drawing on the invitation and then made blue gumpaste roses to match the belt on the dress form. The cake was three layers of marble cake with chocolate buttercream inside. We crumbcoat all of our cakes with either white or dark chocolate ganache and cover with Satin Ice fondant. The dress form is made with super white modeling chocolate and gumpaste. The ladies were thrilled which certainly made my day.
