River Rafting Theme Cake

River Rafting Theme Cake

The raft and man were modeled out of fondant. The river was marbled fondant that was then drizzled with thinned royal icing. The trees were pretzels piped using a star tip with royal icing. To get the green to be more of an evergreen tree color vs. bright green like an apple tree would be I added a touch of red to the icing.
