I tied for first place in a local cake decorating competition - because I wanted to save this for the future, I opted to make this as a display cake instead of with real cake. Gumpaste flowers and fence, buttercream grass. Thank you for looking and please, any criticism is welcome!

Cupcake Tower for my best friends birthday, held in Central Park. It's her mother's Carrot Cake Recipe & Cream Cheese Frosting. It was very humid that day and the cake on top definitely sweated, but I was still very please on how everything came out, and so was she. Gumpaste hydrangea flowers that I hand painted with luster dust. Enjoy!
