This was for a medical school graduate. The bottom is a 10 inch round and the "bag" is a 7 inch square that I cut and carved into shape. All the doctor's tools and bandaids are fondant.

This was for a guy's birthday, he has one of these trucks and his wife wanted a cake to match. This cake fed 60 people and was covered in fondant. It was by far the hardest cake I've done so far, but well worth it!
