I made these to match my sons birthday cake. After i could not fit his name on the cake i went with these cup cakes and they turned out sooo good. they are chocolate fude cake with buttercream icing and toped of with fondant. I have used lollies on them and also tooth picks with pirate flags on them. I also used fondant to cut out the letters of his name.
my first ever fondant cake, its a chocolate fudge cake with a cocolate frosting in the center of the cake and then has vanilla buttercream around the edges. I used red fondant and black fondant in stripes. I also added a few other things like lollies and candles.
