This was the cake I made for my son. Pretty straight forward and simple.
It's kind of hard to read in the picture but it says "S.O.S. Sherri's 40" on the front, the S.O.S. is made out of chocolate rocks. The top is just sprinkled brown sugar and the sand castles are formed by packing some into a size 12 tip.
This was a graduation cake for my husband's cousin. The design came from the Wilton tiered cakes book (she picked it out).
This was for my husband's grandparents' 50th Anniversary. The writing is done alternating tips 2, 3 and 4 with different writing styles on the sides of the cakes. The roses are made out of fondant, then once they harden tossed in a ziploc baggie with a bit of gold luster dust to coat.
